Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the above post in our Information Technology. Organization & Methods Division in Blantyre.

The successful candidate will be reporting to the IT Support and Services Manager.

The duties to be performed will, among others, include the following:

•Installing, maintaining and supporting ATM/POS Switches.
•Providing technical support for ATM/POS switch database systems.
•Participating in system design and implementation of projects.
•Coordinating change and release management activities
•Performing data driven analysis on assigned systems
•Facilitating end user training in software systems and other products.

Interested applicants should have the following attributes:

•Be holders of a degree from a recognized university with a bias towards Computer Science, Management Information Systems or any related field.
•Must have at least a foundation certificate in ITIL 4.
•Must have at least two years support and development experience on the following:

-Postillion ATM/POS Switch
-IS08583 messaging
-Card processing systems security
-Administering and supporting databases such as: Enterprise Oracle, Informix and Microsoft SQL Server

•Must demonstrate creativity and innovation spirit
•Must have a pleasant personality with excellent team working skills.
•Must have excellent analytical thinking and software problem troubleshooting skills
