JOB VACANCY: AGENT DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

Giraffe Powa Limited is inviting applications from suitably qualified, experienced, innovative and self-motivated individuals to fill the position of Agent Development Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business growth opportunities, developing strategic initiatives, strengthening partnerships and supporting the company's business development objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and pursue new business development opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to support business growth and expansion.
• Conduct market research and identify potential markets and customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations and development reports.
• Identify opportunities for partnerships and business collaborations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and industry developments.
• Support the development and implementation of business plans.
• Coordinate business development activities and follow up on potential clients.
• Monitor progress towards business development targets.
• Prepare regular reports on business opportunities and achievements.
• Work closely with other departments to support company objectives.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Development Studies or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong business development, negotiation and networking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good analytical, research and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and achieve set targets.
• Self-motivated, innovative and results-oriented.
