BUILDING FOREMAN (2No.)

Reporting to: Site Agent

Location: Phalombe, Nkhotakota

Applicants must have the following attributes:

• NCIC Level 2 Foremanship Certificate -Those with background of Bricklayer have an added advantage
• Or Technician Diploma in Construction (City & Guilds)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Building works
• Excellent management and supervision skills
• Good site organization and reporting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task to meet business and client needs
• Reporting Direct to the Site Agent
• Position tenable for 4 -6 Months and subject for renewal on performance
