As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. You will play a crucial role in expanding the client base and maximizing revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients, industries, and markets to generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the agency’s client portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and networking.
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing and events, brand and communications teams to develop customized solutions that meet clients’ needs and objectives.
  • Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the agency’s capabilities and service basket.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and threats.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, revenue projections and competitive landscape to Management.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Economics or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales management, or related roles, preferably within the communications and marketing industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Results-driven with a proactive and strategic approach to achieving targets and objectives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of the local market and industry trends is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
