We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lodge Caterer/Manager with a minimum of five years in a similar role at a reputable lodge. The ideal candidate will be a culinary expert capable of crafting world-class dishes that resonate with diverse tastes, ensuring an unforgettable dining experience for our guests.
- Oversee all aspects of lodge catering operations, from menu planning to execution, maintaining the highest standards of culinary excellence.
- Demonstrate exceptional hospitality, ensuring guests’ needs are met with warmth and efficiency.
- Utilize IT proficiency to streamline administrative tasks, reservation systems, and enhance guest communication.
- Manage and lead a small team, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate with other lodge departments to create seamless guest experiences.
- Minimum of five years’ experience as a Caterer/Manager at a reputable lodge. • Proven track record of culinary expertise with the ability to create and execute world-standard dishes.
- Complete IT iteracy for efficient management and communication.
- Strong leadership skills with a history of effective team management.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for providing outstanding guest service.
