Sico Civils Limited, a subsidiary of Sico Holdings limited now invites applications from suitably qualified and motivated candidates to fill the following vacant positions:

CIVIL/ IRRIGATION ENGINNER (3 Posts)

Roles and responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate construction activities for civil and irrigation projects.
• Monitor the progress of work and adjust schedules as necessary to meet projects milestones
• Supervise and lead a team of construction workers, including equipment operators, laborer and skilled tradespeople.
• Manage and allocate resources, including materials, equipment and labor ,effectively to maximize efficiency
• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulation on the job site
• Maintain effective communication with project managers, engineers and other stakeholders to provide updates on projects progress
• Identify and address construction related challenges promptly to prevent delays or cost overruns

QUALIFICATIONS

• MSCE,
• Degree in Civil or Irrigation Engineering
• Those with construction knowledge will be added advantage
• Must have at least 3 years working experience.
