VACANCY: CLASS TEACHER

St. Andrew’s International Primary School is an independent international school based in Blantyre, Malawi. We are a dynamic, modern school that seeks to challenge the status quo in
education.

Our curriculum is based on the British National Curriculum, but it has been developed to be far
more contextualised to our setting here in Africa.  St. Andrew’s International Primary School is
seeking to appoint Class Teachers. This is a fixed two term contract for the new academic year
2024/25.

Required Qualifications

Essentials:

• A first degree (BA/BSc/BEd)
• An internationally recognized Teaching Qualification (PGCE/ PGCEi/iPGCE)
• Experience of delivering the British National Curriculum
• The ability to plan and deliver high quality lessons, resulting in excellent attainment
  for children of all abilities.
• The ability to work as part of an international team.
• The ability to act as a role model for all or students.
• Possess both a positive personal ethos and a proactive approach to teaching and learning.
