Role Overview: As a community development coordinator (Education and Development), you'll be at the forefront of our efforts to transform education and drive community development initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to schools and communities to assess needs and identify opportunities for intervention.

• Provide training and capacity-building support to teachers, school administrators, and community members.
• Monitor project activities and progress, ensuring alignment with objectives and timelines.
• Facilitate community engagement and participation in education and development initiatives.

• Prepare reports and documentation to communicate project outcomes and lessons learned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Education, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Proven experience in community development, education programming, or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in project management, including planning, implementation, and monitoring.
• Ability to work independently in challenging environments and adapt to changing circumstances.
