Join Our Team as a community development Coordinator (Education and Development)

Role Overview: As a community development coordinator (Education and Development), you'll be at the forefront of our efforts to transform education and drive community development initiatives. You'll work directly with schools, educators, and community leaders to implement projects aimed at enhancing access to quality education and fostering sustainable development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field visits to schools and communities to assess needs and identify opportunities for intervention.
  • Develop and implement education and development projects in collaboration with local stakeholders.
  • Provide training and capacity-building support to teachers, school administrators, and community members.
  • Monitor project activities and progress, ensuring alignment with objectives and timelines.
  • Facilitate community engagement and participation in education and development initiatives.
  • Collect data and information to track impact and evaluate project effectiveness.
  • Prepare reports and documentation to communicate project outcomes and lessons learned.



  • Diploma in Education, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in community development, education programming, or related fields.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in project management, including planning, implementation, and monitoring.
  • Ability to work independently in challenging environments and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Passion for social justice, equity, and empowering marginalized communities.
