Job Vacancy: Debt Collection & Digital Marketing Officer (Beverage Wholesale)

We are looking for a versatile Debt Collection & Digital Marketing Officer to join our team. This unique role combines ensuring timely payments from our customers with driving our brand's digital presence. If you’re skilled in both finance and marketing, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

1) Debt Collection:

• Follow up with customers on overdue payments to ensure timely collections.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to facilitate smooth debt recovery.
• Monitor outstanding accounts and provide regular updates to management.
• Negotiate payment plans with customers when necessary.

2) Digital Marketing:

• Manage and enhance the company’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to build brand awareness.
• Create engaging content (graphics, videos, posts) that promotes our beverage offerings and services.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to attract new customers and increase sales.
• Monitor online engagement and analyze marketing performance through metrics and analytics tools.
• Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

Requirements:

• Experience in debt collection, customer service, or credit control.
• Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Analytics).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Creativity and ability to produce engaging marketing content.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in the wholesale or FMCG industry is a plus.
