Unicaf University is currently seeking to recruit two qualified candidates for the positions below:

DIRECTOR OF MARKETING AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organise, and oversee all activities related to marketing and provide guidance on business development
• Coordinate the preparation of the departmental budget and work plan
• Oversee market research initiatives
• Supervise the publication of publicity and information materials
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness
• Build and maintain strong relationships with organisations, partners and industry influencers

Requirements:

• Possess a relevant Bachelor’s degree (e.g., in Marketing, Journalism, Business Administration); a Master’s qualification will be considered an advantage
• Have a minimum of five years’ experience in senior management and leadership positions within corporate communications, marketing, or business development, whether in the public or private sector
• Creativity and a strategic mindset to develop innovative marketing campaigns
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
