DISTRICT SALES REPRESENTATIVES

Mphunzitsi SACCO, an affiliate of Malawi Union of Savings & Credit Cooperatives Ltd (MUSCCO), is a member owned and democratically controlled financial cooperative society that aims at providing quality and affordable financial services to its members (Teachers and all civil servants ) , invites application from suitably qualified candidates for the  positions, In all district across Malawi.

DISTRICT SALES REPRESENTATIVES

The Sales representatives will be selling Mphunzitsi SACCO products and services to potential members on commission basis.

DUTIES

• Recruitment of members
• Selling of loans
• Building relationships with stakeholders
• Introducing and promoting our products in the territory assigned
• Establishing selling opportunities
• Following up clients and ensuring satisfaction with services and resolving any problem
• Meeting sales targets
• Maintaining and submitting records of business
• Performing any other duties as and when assigned by superiors.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of Diploma or its equivalent backed by experience in sales
• S/he should have good communication skills: The ability to persuade members
• Must have very confident and professional image
• Must have a very positive attitudes and resilience
• Must be self-motivated and persistence
• Those with experience in riding a motor bike have an added advantage
• Aged between 25 and 35 years.
