AFIDEP seeks to recruit an Executive Assistant to the Executive Director to be based in the Malawi Office. The Executive Assistant key responsibility will be to manage the Executive Office, by ensuring that the Executive Director’s office works and functions efficiently and effectively. The role involves provision of comprehensive executive and administrative support to the Executive Director, including managing and coordinating his schedule, meetings, travels, operations and assigned communications.
The successful candidate will have a Masters Degree in Communications or a relevant Social Science.S/he must have at least 5 Years’ prior experience in a similar executive position in a busy office and must have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, excellent written and oral communication skills, excellent planning and organisation skills, office management skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
