About Us:

We are a reputable farm, seeking experienced and skilled Farm Supervisors to join our team. Our farm specializes in Agronomy, Livestock, Fisheries, and Poultry.

 

Job Summary:

We are looking for six Farm Supervisors to oversee daily farm activities, ensure efficient operations, and contribute to the overall success of the farm.

 

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate farm activities in Agronomy, Livestock, Fisheries, and Poultry
• Ensure efficient use of resources, equipment, and labor
• Monitor and report on farm performance, yields, and challenges
• Implement best practices in farm management and sustainability
• Collaborate with other farm staff to achieve farm objectives.

 

Qualifications:

• Relevant Certificate in Agronomy, Livestock, Fisheries, Poultry, or related field
• University qualifications will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in farm supervision or management.
