Job Title: Customer Support Specialist
Location: Lilongwe, Malawi
About Us:
We are a dynamic e-commerce startup based in Lilongwe, Malawi, currently seeking a Female Customer Support Specialist to join our team and commence work on 1st June
2024.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about our services and assist customers with ticket
purchases. - Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the overall
customer experience.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Bachelorโs degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
- IT skills
- No previous experience is required.
- Aged 23-30
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: 250,000 Malawi Kwacha in the first three months of probation, then 300,000
Malawi Kwacha thereafter. - 5% equity in the company offered to each employee.
