Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

Location: Lilongwe, Malawi

About Us:
We are a dynamic e-commerce startup based in Lilongwe, Malawi, currently seeking a Female Customer Support Specialist to join our team and commence work on 1st June
2024.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about our services and assist customers with ticket
    purchases.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the overall
    customer experience.

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
  • IT skills
  • No previous experience is required.
  • Aged 23-30

 

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: 250,000 Malawi Kwacha in the first three months of probation, then 300,000
    Malawi Kwacha thereafter.
  • 5% equity in the company offered to each employee.
  • Other in-house benefits are available.
