Overview

HEAD OF PRODUCT, MARKETING AND CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
JOB PURPOSE
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, management, and execution of all marketing initiatives and the day-to-day marketing functions of the Bank in alignment with the overall Bankโs strategic objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following, among other responsibilities:
- Drives the total product strategy including the design, development and enhancement, deployment, governance and monitoring of leading-edge products within the Bank.
- Drives the designing, implementation and management of Customer Experience strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develops, implements and manages effective marketing strategies, programs and promotions that build market share and increase customer retention along market segments.
- Develops annual marketing plan and budget to support marketing strategies and ensures adherence to approved budget.
- Develops branding, positioning, and pricing strategies.
- Develops, produces and distributes internal and external marketing communications.
- Works closely with other departments to guarantee smooth operations.
- Manages conception, development, and implementation of marketing plans and strategy, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive customer interest and sales.
- Checks that the relevant product design, development, testing and launch has been carried out within the approved plan.
- Analyzes data to improve results and make sure resources are effectively allocated.
- Builds and delivers marketing campaigns mixing digital and traditional media, ensuring key messages are consistently delivered.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Marketing, Social Sciences, Business Management or its equivalent.
- At least 5 years of work experience in strategic product development, marketing and communications.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, work independently and under minimum supervision.
- Knowledge of world best practice technology that drives product, digital and customer ecosystems.
- Experience in staff management, development and motivation (previous supervisory experience preferred).
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to lead, manage and develop staff and employees.
- Successful track record in senior marketing role and campaign creation.
- Experience in digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
- Proven ability to plan and manage budgets.
- Project and change management capability.
- Sound business acumen, resourceful and be a lateral thinker.
