Job Title: Head Teacher
Reports to: Board of Directors, Tawheed Islamic Foundation

 

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Head Teacher to lead our secondary school in providing high-quality education. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the institution, recruiting and managing teachers, conducting
student interviews, and overseeing all institutional affairs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide strategic leadership and vision for the school.
2. Develop and implement academic policies and programs.
3. Recruit, manage, and evaluate teachers and staff.
4. Conduct student interviews and provide guidance and counseling.
5. Oversee curriculum development and implementation.
6. Manage school finances, resources, and infrastructure.
7. Foster a positive and inclusive school culture.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with parents, stakeholders, and the community.
9. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.

 

Requirements:

1. Master's degree or higher in Education or a related field.
   At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role in a secondary school.
2. Proven track record of improving academic performance and school management.
3. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work in a multicultural and multilingual environment.
5. Familiarity with Islamic values and principles.
6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

 

Desirable Qualifications:

1. Experience in curriculum development and implementation.
2. Knowledge of educational technology and innovation.
3. Experience in managing school finances and resources.
4. Certification in school leadership or management.
