AL-BALAKAH CHARITY TRUST – [Proprietor of Mama Khadija Girls Private Primary School] invites applications from suitably qualified female Malawian nationals for the posts tenable at Mama Khadija Private Primary School in Namwera – Mangochi. The posts to be filled are as follows:

Headmistress

Duties, Qualifications and Experience:

• To lead and manage the primary wing (classes 5 to 8) of the school
• To plan and implement a high-quality primary school program with exacting standard for the wholesome development of learners.
• Manage and mentor teaching staff
• Provide visionary leadership to the school.
• Passionate, dynamic and aware of the latest trends in primary education.
• A minimum of T2 Certificate.
• 5 years minimum experience in similar administrative position with at least 10 years experience in teaching primary classes.
• Should be a devoted Muslim.
