Human Resource/Resource Mobilizer

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource management or Business Administration. Those with Diploma of the related should have not less than 5-years’ experience
• Not less than 3years experience in Human resource and administration industry.
• Be conversant with labour laws of Malawi
• Well registered and recognized by regulatory councils of Malawi Human Resource stand a better chance
• Well matured and conversant with charitable industry.
• Self-starter and well presentable with a sober mind.
• Must support, Help and facilitate the charitable need and operations for the organisation
• Excellent understanding of village management procedures.
• Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
• Proficient in MS Office.
