Sigelege Hotels is looking for suitably qualified candidates to fill in its existing vacant positions as follows:
HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER
Reporting to the Hotel Operations Manager. the successful candidate
will, among others, be responsible for:
โขDeveloping and implementing Human Resource Policies and Procedures aligned to best practices.
โขAssisting with day-to-day operations of the Human Resources functions and duties.
โขReviewing structures and Job descriptions aligned to business
strategy.
โขImplementing succession plans, employee retention plans and
strategies for high performing team members.
โขCompiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
โขProcessing, documenting and preparing reports relating to
personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances,
performance evaluations)
โขCoordinating Learning and Development Human Resource
projects (leaming and development matrix, surveys, employee
engagement).
โขImplementing and monitoring of the motor vehicle policy and procedures.
โขCoordinates hiring and on boarding processes.
โขHandling of Industrial Relations issues - Grievance and Disciplinary issues in line with company procedure and existing labour statutes.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES/QUALIFICATIONS
โขFamiliarity with existing labour Laws
โขGood communication skills
โขHolder of Bachelor degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration from well recognized
โขInstitution plus 5 years' experience in similar capacity.
