MANAGER, ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS (2)
Reporting to the Business Services Director, the Manager โ Enterprise Solutions shall be responsible for development and management of business solutions tailored for enterprise clients, driving enterprise sales, ensuring continued growth and market leadership. There are two (2) positions tenable in Blantyre (responsible for South & Blantyre) and Lilongwe (responsible for Centre & North)
Major Tasks and Responsibilities
- Business Planning: Develop and execute strategic business plans to enhance market share and drive revenue growth in the enterprise segment.
- Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, forging strong partnerships and expanding the companyโs footprint in the enterprise market.
- Sales Management: Lead the sales team in achieving targets, managing key accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Enterprise Accounts Acquisition: Drive the acquisition of new enterprise clients by identifying potential business opportunities, developing strong relationships, and closing deals to expand the companyโs customer base.
- Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new revenue streams within existing and new enterprise accounts.
- Customer Retention: Focus on maintaining and enhancing long-term relationships with enterprise clients by delivering exceptional customer service, addressing client needs promptly, and ensuring ongoing satisfaction to reduce churn and improve customer loyalty.
- Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the companyโs enterprise solutions and services, aligning with overall business objectives.
- Mobile Contracts and Business Solutions Management: Oversee the management of mobile contracts and tailor business solutions to meet the specific needs of enterprise clients.
- Debt Management: Ensure effective management of client accounts, including monitoring and mitigating financial risks associated with outstanding debts.
- Account Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are met with excellence.
- Governance: Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
- Human Capital Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the enterprise solutions team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Education Qualification, Skills and Competencies
- A Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or Social Studies.
- 6 to 8 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer relationship management at a managerial level, preferably within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.
- Proven track record in business development, account management, and driving sales growth in the enterprise market.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Financial acumen, particularly in managing budgets, debt, and account profitability.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into actionable plans and solutions
