As a Marketing & Events Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing marketing campaigns and events for clients. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies to promote clients’ brands, products, or services through various channels and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and events for clients, including product launches, corporate events, trade shows, promotional and public relations activities.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing objectives, target audience, and brand identity to develop tailored marketing and event strategies.
  • Coordinate all aspects of event planning, budgeting and execution, including venue selection, logistics, vendor management, and on-site coordination.
  • Manage social media accounts and digital marketing efforts to promote events and engagement with the target audience.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and events, providing insights and recommendations for optimization through detailed reporting.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing
  • Collaborate with creative, business development, brand and communications teams in developing concepts, proposals, pitches and presentations to clients showcasing the agency’s capabilities and service basket.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and events management to enhance service delivery.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing and events management, preferably within the communications and marketing industry.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing and event solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics.
