1. Marketing Interns

Duties

• Mobilizing new members to join SACCO
• Providing financial education to both potential and existing members
• Searching for new business opportunities
• Helping in SACCO brand promotion and awareness campaigns
• Handling member complaints and providing feedback
• Cross-selling SACCO products

Attributes

He/ she should be:

• A holder of marketing degree from accredited institution
• A self –starter, and with good interpersonal skills
• Honesty and integrity
• Committed, hard work and with passion for the job.
• A resident of Lilongwe

2. Sales Representatives

Duties

• To mobilize new members especially civil servants
• Maintaining good relationship with both potential and existing members
• Should be holders of MSCE and any business related certificate
• No experience required
• Should be a team player, hardworking and with strong negotiation skills.

• Should be of good integrity and honest
