MARKETING MANAGER 

Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the position of Marketing Manager for the leading Music and Events Management company. The position is based in Blantyre.

1. Brand Protection: Maintain and protect the band's public image and brand.
2. Sponsorships: Obtain sponsorships and endorsement deals.
3. Strategic Planning: Offer long-term strategic advice for the band's growth.
4. Negotiating Contracts: Secure performance contracts and booking agreements.
5. Tour Coordination: Plan and execute tour logistics, including travel and accommodations.
6. Marketing Strategies: Develop promotional campaigns to enhance the band's brand.
7. Industry Liaison: Communicate with record labels, promoters, agents, and media.
8. Must be strictly of sober habits
9. Prior knowledge of Road Traffic policies and procedures
10. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, including health and safety rules.
11. Monitoring drivers' logbook entries and performing payroll administration.
12. A logical thinker who has clear, focused and methodical approach to work.
13. Results orientated – Strongly motivated to achieve results, adhere to deadlines
14. Must be able to work with minimum supervision
15. Must have excellent communication and reporting skills
16. Must be computer literate specifically, photo shop, Microsoft Word and Excel
