GEMIRA TRADING VACANCY
GEMIRA TRADING is one of the fastest growing Hardware in Malawi, its main shop is in Lilongwe area 3, In Regional Commissioner of Lands Opposite Bakers Pride, which deals with electrical, Plumbing, Safety, Hardware and building materials.
GEMIRA TRADING is seeking a MARKETING PERSONNEL to improve the volume, quality, and predictability of marketing qualified leads and marketing-sourced pipeline to deliver continued increases in marketing sourced revenue. He/She will be a willing team player, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and always be thinking of the next idea. The person should also understand that is the custodian of the brand of Gemira Trading and will have a firm grasp on modern technology and various marketing platforms.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A Marketing Personnel`s duties and responsibilities may include:
- Planning, developing, and directing multiple avenues of marketing strategies to drive sales
- Overseeing social media accounts and websites to engage existing customers and establish positive public relations
- Researching trends and new marketing opportunities, and brainstorming ideas
- Coordinating and producing financial documents for advertising campaigns, such as budgets, estimates, and contracts
- Communicating and negotiating with ad agencies, employees, marketing staff, editors, and writers
- Addressing problems and troubleshooting campaigns
- Analyzing customer feedback and movement performances
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
The successful Marketing Personnel should be a creative thinker who can pinpoint the specific needs of a project but also keep in mind the larger components necessary for its completion. This candidate should be a confident leader and someone who plans ahead. These top skills generally include:

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
The person should have three to five years of experience in the field of;
- Hardware Sales with over 3 years experience in Hardware
- Marketing or public relations
- Computer skills in Microsoft Word Processing,
- Spreadsheet(Excel),PowerPoint, Publisher and also knowledgeable in Internet /Email
- Fluent in English and Chichewa
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION
This candidate should have;
- MSCE
- Those with Diploma in business administration or a similar field, such as sales or marketing from any accredited institution will have an added advantage.
