AL-BALAKAH CHARITY TRUST – [Proprietor of Mama Khadija Girls Private Primary School] invites applications from suitably qualified female Malawian nationals for the posts tenable at Mama Khadija Private Primary School in Namwera – Mangochi. The posts to be filled are as follows:

Matrons

Duties, Qualifications and Experience:

• Oversee the daily routine of boarding students.
• Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the boarding facilities.
• Provide moral care and emotional support to learners.
• Administer basic first aid and manage health related issues.
• Coordinate with school staff to ensure the well—being of learners.
• Organize and supervise recreational activities.
• Maintain records of learners and welfare.
• Previous experience in a similar role or in child care.
• A caring and nurturing personality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Retired female Muslim teachers and nurses are encouraged to apply.
