  1. Branch Supervisor (1 Post)

Job Purpose: Manage and oversee branch operations, drive membership growth, minimize member complaints, and establish partnerships with surrounding institutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise branch staff, ensuring smooth operation of banking services and effective support to members.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication between the branch and the Head Office.
  • Develop subordinate staff into an efficient service-oriented team.
  • Improve efficiency and reduce default rates through continual service level enhancements.
  • Implement monitoring systems for financial and organizational development indicators.
  • Prepare and provide regular progress reports against targets.


  • Degree in Business Studies, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field, or a Diploma with three years of relevant experience.
  • Computer literate.
  • Presentable personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  1. Marketing Officers (3 Posts)

Job Purpose: Increase awareness of Sacco services, achieve growth targets, and provide excellent member service to enhance socio-economic well-being.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage publicity material for brand promotion.
  • Contribute to annual membership growth and marketing plans.
  • Develop and execute campaigns within specified timescales.
  • Ensure high member satisfaction for retention.
  • Lead marketing initiatives and identify new business growth opportunities.
  • Conduct market intelligence and customer surveys.
  • Coordinate communication to members through various channels.


  • Minimum of a Diploma in a business-related field.
  • Computer literate.
  • Presentable personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  1. Member Service Consultant (1 Post)

Job Purpose: Provide reliable and quality accounting service to promote Dwasco Sacco Ltd’s business and enhance the socio-economic well-being of members.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist members in finding the right product/service.
  • Communicate with members through various channels.
  • Investigate and solve member complaints.
  • Facilitate withdrawals and deposits.
  • Cross-sell Sacco products to existing and prospective members.
  • Collaborate with management to improve member service.


  • Minimum of a Diploma in a business-related field or Certificate with three years of relevant experience.
  • Computer literate.
  • Presentable personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
