1. Orphan Sponsorship Program (OSP) Coordinator (1 post) [Blantyre based]ย ย
ย Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Oversee Orphan Sponsorship Program (OSP) to ensure delivery of impactful social service.
- Manage current OSP portfolio under the supervision of the Head Of Programs.
- Propose innovative and transparent strategy for OSP expansion in IRMW working area.
- Review, verify and approve registration of new orphans as per IRW requirements.
- Manage the OSP personnel composed of OSP Officer, OSP Assistants and volunteers.
- Enforce compliance to IRW OSP Policy and procedures.
- Lead the implementation of OSP Complementary and Eid Gift projects.
- Lead the Orientation of orphanโs guardians, trainings, and any other activities.
- Review and approve timely uploading Annual Progress Report (APR) in IRW Portal.
- Lead the preparation and submission of success stories for existing sponsored orphan.
- Build the capacity of OSP team, volunteers, and Orphan guardians on relevant policies.
- Produce and Submit/Timely to HoP Quality Quarterly Reports and Annual Progress Reports.
- Conduct regular monitoring home visits to Orphans households.
- Lead Quarterly group session to confirm reception of Quarterly entitlements.
- Coordinate with local stakeholders and participate in existing networks/working groups to ensure smooth implementation.
- Oversee OSP team Alyateem Visit Logs to keep them updated.
- Contribute to the feedback and complain mechanism promotion and functioning.
- Contribute to new child friendly projects development.
Qualification & Experience:
- University degree in Development and/or Social Sciences, Education, and related areas.
- Five (5) yearsโ INGO experience on protection, safeguarding, social & financial inclusion (e.g. saving & loans, microfinance) as well as family business planning and monitoring.
- Experience of building capacity of staff, beneficiaries, and local stakeholders
- Solid expertise in faith-based protection and social care service delivery.
- Familiar with Child Protection and Safeguarding policies

2. Orphan Sponsorship Program (OSP) Officer (1 post) [Blantyre based]ย ย
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Assist the Orphan Sponsorship Program (OSP) Coordinator to delivery of impactful social service.
- Assist the OSP Coordinator keeping updated the Orphans records in Alyateem and hard copies.
- Contribute to the OSP expansion in IRMW working area.
- Verify and approve registration of new orphans as per IRW requirements under OSP coordinator.
- Contribute to the compliance of OSP Malawi to the IRW OSP Policy and procedures.
- Assist OSP coordinator in preparing Monthly and Weekly planning for OSP activities.
- Provide Sponsored Orphanโs guardians with orientation, trainings, and coaching.
- Collect and do peer review for Annual Progress Report (APR) in in Al Yateem system.
- Collect and submit success stories for existing sponsored orphans.
- Contribute to Quality Quarterly Reports and Annual Progress Reports preparation and submission.
- Conduct weekly monitoring home visits to Orphans households.

- Follow strictly the OSP Policy and procedures.

4. Ultra-Poor Households Graduation (UPG) Project Coordinator (1 post) [Blantyre based]ย ย
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Under Program Coordinator (PC) supervision, oversee UPG project to meet projects targeted Output, Outcomes and Impacts as per proposal.
- Manage the performance of UPG Project Officer and UPG Assistants.
- Lead the verification of the criteria for UPG participating Households.
- Develop training curriculum and train UPG team on Graduation project objectives, implementation process, and expected outcomes.
- Conduct weekly monitoring home visits and performance spot checks for UPG participants.
- Lead group session to confirm reception of Asset, education, and consumption support entitlements.
- Liaise regularly with field level staff and senior management about project progress, challenges, learning and decisions.
- Produce and Submit/Timely to HoP Quality Monthly Reports and Donor Reports (interim and final).
- Lead the preparation and submission of success stories for UPG households.
- Coordinate with local stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of the project.

- Provide technical support to the UPG beneficiaries to perform their businesses and social mobility.
- Lead day to day UPG project field activities to ensure effective and timely implementation.
- Provide mentoring and coaching to UPG beneficiaries to enable their effective graduation out of poverty.
- Liaise regularly with local stakeholders about project progress, challenges, and learning.
- Participate in the development of new Livelihood projects.
Qualification & Experience:

7. OSP Program MEAL Officer (1 post) [Blantyre based]ย ย
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Assist MEAL Lead in planning and implementation IRW MEAL framework activities.
- Under MEAL Lead supervision, develop and implement a robust monitoring and evaluation tools and systems that will ensure effective and efficient tracking of Orphan Sponsorship Program (OSP) and related projects results at different levels (outputs, outcomes, and impact).
- Review OSP Monthly Progress Reports and ensure they have evidence to back-up and provide feedback to the respective Head Of Programs.
- Conduct periodic OSP data quality assessments.
- Conduct field monitoring visits to validate reported data and ensure quality of service delivery is adhered to as well as compliance of selected households with eligibility criteria.
- Be responsible for providing timely, accurate and updated information on the OSP program indicators for monthly, quarterly and annual internal and donors reports.
- Liaise with the MEAL Lead to ensure that OSP adhere to accountability requirements by initiating and conducting Post Distribution Monitoring after each transfer.
- Work with MEAL Lead to facilitate country assessments, evaluations and performance evaluation tasks including planning and reporting on the same.
- Contribute to data collection on and analyze for the Complaints Reporting and Feedback Mechanism (CRFM) accountability data to help IR Malawi Office facilitate quality improvement.
- Systematically document lessons and best practices from the OSP program gotten from monitoring and evaluation data.
- Review APR and Quarterly reports of OSP Consolidate project reports, lessons learnt, best practices etc.
- Participate in the development of new Livelihood projects.
Qualification & Experience:
- University degree in Social Science, Development Studies, Demography and Population Studies, Public Health, Social Work or Environment Science or Monitoring and Evaluation.
- Three (3) yearsโ NGO experience in an MEAL role in development contexts, preferably with solid experience in more than one of the following priority sectors: Livelihood, Gender and Protection, Education and emergencies.
- Experience of building capacity of beneficiaries and local stakeholders.
- Familiar with Child Safeguarding policies
