2. Executive Housemaids/ Nannies. (4) Blantyre & Lilongwe
3. Lay Housemaids and Nannies (8) Blantyre, Lilongwe and Salima.

1. FARM MANAGER:

Location: Neno

Total: 1 Position

DESCRIPTION:

• To manage the overall daily operations of the Farm
• To take a leading role in marketing all the farm products thus include: Crops, Poultry, Fruits, Fish and dairy.
• Building vendor relationships
• Supervising Farm Employees as well as ensuring effective utilization of human resources by training, motivating, retaining and ensuring the welfare of junior staff and making sure staff remains dedicated to outstanding performance.
• Planning financial reports and budgets
• Monitoring Crop Cycles
• Make planting and harvesting decisions
  (Among many other duties and responsibilities).

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have Diploma in Agriculture or any other related field with at least 5 years experience working on a busy Farm in a Senior position.
• Must have experience in operating and maintaining complex Agricultural machinery
• Must have Great Marketing Skills
• Must have Great Leadership Skills
• Must be self motivated
• Must have conflict resolution skills.

NB: Those who don't have any papers in Agriculture but have great experience in managing a big Farm are a Great Priority and have a very Big added advantage.

LOCATION: Blantyre and Lilongwe.

DESCRIPTION:

• Must have over 5 years work experience in a busy house set up.
• Must have readily available written and traceable references from their previous employers (minimum of two references)
• Must be conversant with English Language.
• Must be 35 years and above
• Ready to work in a sleep-in job.
• God fearing, Maturity wise and well composed.

(Salary: Between K60,000 and K100,000 per month

NB: Those without references shall not be considered regardless of their competitiveness.

• Must be 35 years old and above
• Must be ready to work as a Sleep- in maid.
• Must have at least one traceable reference.
• Must be smart, caring and have passion for kids.
• Must be honest.
