MULTIPLE POSITIONS AT NATIONAL HERBARIUM AND BOTANIC GARDENS OF MALAWI

1) REVENUE COLLECTORS (GRADE: CTS 3)
(4 POSITIONS: 2 LILONGWE, 2 ZOMBA)

Reporting to: Senior Accounts Assistant

QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must possess a minimum of a Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE). Those with experience working in accounts or revenue collection will have an added advantage.

2) ACCOUNTS ASSISTANTS (GRADE: CTS 1)
(2 POSITIONS: 1 MZUZU, 1 ZOMBA)

Reporting to: Senior Accounts Assistant

Applicants must possess a Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) Plus a PAEC/ICAM

Certificate in Financial Accounting. Those with Accounts working experience will have an added advantage.

3) CLERICAL OFFICER (GRADE: CTS 3)
(1 POST: LILONGWE)

Reporting to: Assistant Human Resources & Admin Officer

QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must possess a minimum of a Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE). Those with working experience in office Management/Administration or Stores Management will have an added advantage.

4) ASSISTANT HUMAN RESOURCES AND ADMINISTRATION OFFICER (GRADE: IS 2)
(1 POST: ZOMBA)

Reporting to: Human Resources & Admin Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must possess a Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) plus a Diploma in either Human Resource Management, Public Administration or Business Administration with a minimum of (4) years of relevant working experience.

5) GARDEN SUPERVISORS (GRADE: IS 2)
(2 POSITIONS: 1 ZOMBA, 1 MZUZU)

Reporting to: The Curator

QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must possess a Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) plus a Diploma in either Horticulture, Forestry or Agriculture with a minimum of (4) years of relevant working experience.

6) GARDENERS (GRADE: CTS 4)
(8 POSITIONS: 7 ZOMBA, 1 LILONGWE)

Reporting to: Garden Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must possess a minimum of a Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE). Those with gardening experience will have an added advantage.

7) HERBARIUM TECHNICIANS (GRADE: IS 2)
(4 POSITIONS: 2 ZOMBA, 1 LILONGWE, 1 MZUZU)

Reporting to: Scientific Officer

QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must possess a Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) plus a Diploma in Biological Sciences.

8) OFFICE ASSISTANTS/CLEANERS (GRADE: CTS 4)
(2 POSITIONS: LILONGWE)

Reporting to: The Assistant Human Resources and Admin Officer

QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must possess at least a Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE). Those with experience working as a cleaner/office assistant will have an added advantage

9) PATROLMEN (GRADE: CTS 4)
(6 POSITIONS: 2 LILONGWE, 4 MZUZU)

Reporting to: Head Security Guard

QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must possess a minimum of a Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE). Those with security related working experience will have an added advantage.
