1) Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee company operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.
  • Develop and implement long-term business strategies.
  • Work closely with the executive team on financial and operational planning.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • ACII or equivalent certification, Bachelor’s degree in Business / Administration (MBA is an added advantage).
  • Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role in the insurance industry.
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational management skills.

 

2) Underwriting Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the underwriting team and manage risk assessments.
  • Develop and implement underwriting policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with sales and account management teams.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • ACII or equivalent certification
  • Strong knowledge of underwriting and risk management.
  • Leadership experience in the insurance sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

 

3) Chief Finance Officer (CFO)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial planning and analysis aligned with company goals.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and accounting standards.
  • Manage relationships with auditors, regulators, and stakeholders.
  • Implement financial policies to optimize performance.
  • Support business development and investment strategies.

Qualifications:

  • CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in strategic financial management.
  • Proven leadership in financial management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

 

 

4) Claims Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee claims processing, investigation, and settlement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing claims team.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through efficient claims handling.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • ACII or equivalent certification
  • Minimum 3 years in a managerial/leadership role in insurance claims.
  • Strong understanding of insurance and claims handling principles.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
