1) Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee company operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Develop and implement long-term business strategies.
- Work closely with the executive team on financial and operational planning.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- ACII or equivalent certification, Bachelor’s degree in Business / Administration (MBA is an added advantage).
- Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role in the insurance industry.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational management skills.
2) Underwriting Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the underwriting team and manage risk assessments.
- Develop and implement underwriting policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- ACII or equivalent certification
- Strong knowledge of underwriting and risk management.
- Leadership experience in the insurance sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
3) Chief Finance Officer (CFO)
Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning and analysis aligned with company goals.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accounting standards.
- Manage relationships with auditors, regulators, and stakeholders.
- Implement financial policies to optimize performance.
- Support business development and investment strategies.
Qualifications:
- CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in strategic financial management.
- Proven leadership in financial management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
4) Claims Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee claims processing, investigation, and settlement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and develop a high-performing claims team.
- Enhance customer satisfaction through efficient claims handling.
Qualifications & Experience:
- ACII or equivalent certification
- Minimum 3 years in a managerial/leadership role in insurance claims.
- Strong understanding of insurance and claims handling principles.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
