VACANCIES - VIP COURIER LIMITED

VIP Courier Limited, a leading courier and logistics company, is inviting suitably qualified and motivated candidates to fill the following vacant positions throughout Malawi:

1. COURIER SUPERVISORS

• Minimum of a Diploma in Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) or a related field in Logistics / Supply Chain Management
• Strong supervisory and organizational skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• At least 2 years’ experience in courier/logistics is an added advantage.

2. RECEPTIONISTS

• Minimum of Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) with a credit in English
• Certificate in Secretarial / Front Office Management is an added advantage
• Typing speed of not less than 50 words per minute
• Excellent customer care and communication skills.

3. DRIVERS

• Minimum of MSCE
• Valid and clean Driving Licence for light and heavy-duty vehicles
• Good knowledge of Malawi road network
• At least 3 years driving experience with a reputable organization

4. DISPATCH RIDERS

• Minimum of MSCE
• Valid and clean Motorcycle Driving Licence
• Good knowledge of town routes
• Disciplined and time-conscious
