VisionFund Malawi is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the following vacant positions:

OFFICE ASSISTANT
Location: Lilongwe and Blantyre

Job Purpose:
The position ensures a clean and safe work environment and helps maintain a systematic filling system in all offices. Ensures that all business communications from within and outside the organization is channeled properly to the right and responsible officer,

Duties and Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of offices
• Providing Messenger services
• Assist in filling of documents Maintain visitors’ record book
• Deliver and collect mail
• Assist in photocopying of documents for officers Making and serving tea and refreshments as required
• Facilitate liaison between clients and officers
• Attend to visitors and clients

Qualification, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Minimum Malawi School of Education.
• Not less than two years’ experience in similar job
• Team work combined with strong interpersonal relations skills.
• Good communication skills both and written.
• Ability to work under pressure and even off hours.
