PROCUREMENT MANAGER-(NF 4)
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the incumbent's primary purpose will be to manage and facilitate procurement of goods, works and servIces and disposal of Assets Act of 2017 and other related regulations.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Developing and monitoring the implementation of procurement plans
•Implementing, monitoring. and proposing reviews of internal
procurement and asset disposal policies, procedures, standards and

•Preparing and reviewing requests for quotations and bid documents.
•Coordinating the closing, opening, and evaluation of bid documents
•Leading in the administration of procurement contracts and ensuring delivery of goods and services in accordance with the contract terms and end-user requirements.

QUALIFCATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
•Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree in Procurement, Logistics
and Supply, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
•Minimum of Five (5) years of progressive hands-on experience in
Procurement Management in a well-recognized financial institution.
•Should be a member of the Malawi Institute of Procurement and

•Impeccable understanding of procurement procedures and concepts.
