SALES AGRONOMISTS

 

Reporting to Regional Sales Managers.

This is a performance-based position and will be renewable after every 2 years.

Responsibilities:

• To grow sales within a given territory
• Provide extension services to farmers
• Responding to specific requests by farmers
• Conduct farmer engagement meetings
• Manage demonstration plots
• Conduct field days
• Participate in Seed Fairs and Exhibitions in respective regions
• Act as a link between farmers and other stakeholders

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of a Diploma in Agriculture
• Three years’ experience in seed business
• Ability to mobilize and facilitate
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Stakeholder management skills
• Ability to produce periodic reports
• Valid motor cycle license
• Those with a driving license will have an added advantage
