Sales Assistant and Tailors – Fashion Design

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Sales Assistant and Tailors to join our fashion design team! As a key part of our brand, you will provide exceptional customer service while promoting our exclusive designs. If you have a flair for fashion, enjoy working with customers, and have more than 5 years’ experience in tailoring, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities for assistant

• Assist customers with selecting and purchasing fashion items
• Provide expert styling advice and guidance to clients
• Manage stock and ensure the shop is always well-organized
• Handle transactions, including cash and card payments
• Maintain a strong knowledge of the latest collections and trends
• Support the fashion designer in organizing events and promotions
• Provide alterations and tailoring services (if applicable)
• Assist with fitting sessions and offer recommendations on garment adjustments

Requirements:

• Experience in retail sales or customer service (preferably in fashion)
• Tailoring experience will be considered an advantage
• Passion for fashion and keen eye for design and details
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays when necessary

Responsibilities for Tailors

• Tailoring and altering garments to fit customers perfectly
• Measuring clients and providing style advice
• Sewing and hemming clothing items with precision
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Ensuring timely delivery of completed work
• Repairing and refurbishing garments when necessary
• Able to sew men’s garments will be an added advantage

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a tailor (minimum 5 years preferred)
• Knowledge of different fabrics, stitching, and tailoring techniques
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with both men's and women's clothing is a plus
