SCHOOL PRINCIPAL

Dominion International High School (DIHS), a subsidiary of Great Dominion Holdings Limited (GDHL), offers both MANEB and CAMBRIDGE curricula. We invite applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the challenging position of Principal.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Planning lessons for students in line with the teaching and learning schedule.
• Managing Cambridge Primary and Secondary Programmes.
• Assessment and evaluation of learners.
• Development and supervision of projects.
• Researching and implementing modern teaching methodologies.
• Ensuring high academic standards and best practices.
• Development and quality assurance of curricula.
• Supervising teaching and non-teaching staff.
• Managing school resources and development projects.
• Curriculum review and development.
• Overseeing finance management, human resource planning, and development.
• Ensuring compliance with educational policies and standards.
• Planning and organizing academic events and school functions.
• Managing discipline, staff, and students.

Qualifications, Experience, and Attributes:

• A Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
• Strong understanding of Cambridge and MANEB curricula.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage teams and drive academic excellence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
