Vacancy Announcement: Secondary School Teachers

 

Position 1: Secondary Language Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and qualified Secondary Language Teacher to join our dedicated team at Andiamo Pvt Secondary School. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching languages to secondary school students and fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: The position reports directly to the Head Teacher

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive language lessons to secondary school students.
• Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and success.
• Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall language curriculum.
• Participate in school activities and events.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Education with a specialization in language education from a well-recognised institution.
• Valid teaching certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for language education and fostering a love for languages in students.
• Previous teaching experience is an asset.

 

Position 2: Secondary Humanities Teacher

We are also seeking a dedicated Secondary Humanities Teacher to inspire and educate students in the field of humanities. The successful candidate will have a strong background in humanities education and a commitment to fostering critical thinking and analytical skills.

 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging humanities lessons for secondary school students.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student inquiry and exploration.
• Assess and provide constructive feedback on student work, guiding their intellectual and personal development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall humanities curriculum.
• Contribute to the school community through active participation in events and activities.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Education with a focus on humanities education from a well-recognised institutions.
• Valid teaching certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for humanities education and the ability to inspire students.
• Previous teaching experience in humanities is preferred.
