Qualifications:

• Holder of Degree in Education or Diploma in Education or University Certificate of Education (UCE) from a recognized institution.
• Must be registered or eligible to register with the Teaching Council of Malawi (TCM).
• A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a Secondary school setting.
• Strong understanding of the Secondary school curriculum.
• Ability to create and engaging effective lesson plans.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
